Mt Nyangoma

We embarked on our Nyangoma adventure early one morning, leaving the cozy confines of OBZ campsite. Our destination: the majestic peak of Nyangoma. The journey was a mix of excitement, challenge, and unforgettable moments. As we hiked, we were greeted by breathtaking views of lush forests, crystal-clear streams, and rolling hills. We found the perfect spot to set up camp, a picturesque clearing surrounded by greenery. After a hearty breakfast, we stowed our backpacks and prepared for the ascent. The climb was demanding, but the camaraderie within our group fueled our determination. Fazilla, our energetic leader, kept our spirits high with her encouraging words, "Let's not give up, we'll reach the summit!" Keith, our ever-enthusiastic teammate, pushed us to our limits. As dawn approached, we stood triumphantly on the peak of Nyangoma, the panoramic view a reward for our efforts. The descent was equally challenging, but the satisfaction of reaching the summit made it worthwhile. Back at camp, we pitched our tents, prepared a delicious meal, and gathered around the campfire, sharing stories and laughter. The night sky, dotted with countless stars, provided the perfect backdrop for our bonding experience. The following morning, we packed up camp and made our way back to OBZ. As we reflected on our adventure, we realized that the journey had been as rewarding as the destination. The camaraderie, the challenges, and the stunning scenery had created a lasting memory. The success of our Nyangoma hike has left us eager for more. We're already planning our next adventure, perhaps a longer trek or a different mountain. The mountains are calling, and we're ready to answer. Please watch video on that link: https://youtu.be/X3eAzfW82Bs?si=BMsal3MUo_RJx4xp
